This Privacy Policy describes how Real Estate Intent, a service of Next Level Web Design LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, processes, and protects information in connection with the services we provide (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • Visitors to realestateintent.com and app.realestateintent.com
  • Customers who purchase or access the Service
  • Communications with our team

It does not apply to:

  • Outreach conducted by our customers
  • Data collected directly by our customers
  • Third-party websites or platforms used by our customers

2. Nature of the data we provide

The Service provides licensed access to behavioral intent data derived from a combination of online activity signals, voluntary online submissions, verification processes, and publicly available information.

Important clarifications:

  • We do not sell consumer personal data
  • We do not scrape private information
  • We do not bypass consent mechanisms
  • We do not collect data directly from consumers on behalf of customers

The data is provided for business use only and is licensed — not sold.

3. How the data is sourced

Online activity signals

Behavioral signals are observed across publishing partners and consented data networks — saved listings, mortgage and affordability calculators, foreclosure-related content, agent comparison pages, and similar real-estate-relevant pages on the open web. These signals are processed through identity-resolution providers to associate observed activity with a household record.

Online submissions (co-registration)

Some records originate from partner sites where individuals voluntarily submit information through online forms, including:

  • Coupon, deal, sweepstakes, contest, quiz, comparison, or newsletter sites
  • Lead-generation properties operated under proper notice

This process is commonly known as co-registration (co-reg). During submission:

  • Individuals provide contact information intentionally
  • Disclosures on partner sites indicate that information may be shared with third parties
  • Only records that include such permission are eligible for inclusion

Public sources and licensed data partners

Records are enhanced with information from licensed data partners, public records (property, address, demographic), and similar verification files used for matching and accuracy.

4. Data cleaning, verification & enhancement

Offline verification

Information may be matched against trusted sources such as:

  • Property and address records
  • Census-level or utility-related datasets
  • Similar verification files

This process — commonly referred to as skip tracing — is used to:

  • Correct incomplete or outdated information
  • Remove unusable or invalid records
  • Improve accuracy without introducing private data

Public data confirmation

For records associated with a business, company details may be validated against:

  • Official business websites
  • Public directories
  • Public listings published by the business itself

No private, hidden, or restricted data is added during verification.

5. Address validation & data refresh

The Service may include periodic address validation processes, including use of commercially available tools such as the National Change of Address (NCOA) registry.

You acknowledge that:

  • Validation occurs on a scheduled basis, not in real time
  • Individuals frequently move or change network environments
  • No dataset can remain fully current at all times

6. How we use information

We use customer information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Process billing and account access
  • Communicate regarding support or updates
  • Enforce contractual terms

We do not:

  • Perform outreach on behalf of our customers
  • Market directly to consumers
  • Sell or scrape consumer data

7. Advertising audience matching & encryption

When email data is used for advertising audience matching:

  • Email addresses are encrypted using SHA-256 hashing
  • This aligns with compliance standards required by major advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
  • Hashed data is used solely for matching purposes — not direct inbox delivery

8. Customer responsibilities

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Their outreach practices across every channel they choose to use
  • Compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and state-specific Do Not Call (DNC) rules
  • Opt-out and unsubscribe requirements
  • State and local real-estate solicitation laws and any applicable MLS rules
  • Ad-platform policies when uploading audiences for matching
  • All other applicable federal, state, and local laws

We do not provide legal advice or compliance enforcement. See our Acceptable Use Policy for additional requirements.

9. Data security

We implement commercially reasonable safeguards to protect data; however:

  • No system is fully secure
  • Absolute security cannot be guaranteed

10. Data retention

Access to licensed data ends upon cancellation or termination. Customers may not retain or reuse data beyond the scope of their license.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
